To gain access to Observa, your business must complete the official registration form. This process exists to ensure that the system is only used by legitimate organisations and that all users are properly identified and accountable.

Why you need to complete the form

Observa is a powerful detection and tracking tool. Because of the nature of what it does, EchoBastion Group is required to verify the identity of every business that requests access. This protects both our clients and the people affected by the system's use. Unverified or anonymous access is not permitted under any circumstances.

What the form asks for

The registration form collects your full name, last name, business name, email address, and phone number. You will also be required to upload a clear photo or scan of both the front and back of a government-issued National ID. This is used solely for identity verification and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

What happens after you submit

Once your application is submitted, the EchoBastion Group compliance team will review your details within 1 to 3 business days. If your application is approved you will be contacted directly at the email address you provided with further instructions on accessing the platform.
